Under-Corrected and Recurrent Exotropia

Early and late postoperative under-corrections in exotropia are not uncommon and are perhaps symptomatic of our less than perfect understanding of this enigmatic condition. This paper reviews several techniques and treatment modalities that may lead to improved success rates.
