Preverbal Assessment for Amblyopia

Purpose: To describe and compare the different methods of preverbal assessment of amblyopia.

Results: Each method of visual assessment has its plusses and minuses.

Conclusion: There is no "best" method for assessment for amblyopia. The best method may be a combination of the various described tests.
